Each individual workout is capped at 9 adults and includes the following:
- Self-myofascial release (foam rolling)
- Dynamic warm-up
- Functional strength training
- High-intensity conditioning
Our coach to member ratio ensures full attention, whilst the programmes are tailored for any fitness level abilities. We progress or regress any exercise. work around any injuries and help with any movement limitations or health problems you may have.
